Charlotte D'Costa Taylor founded Floral Heights in November 1998. She has more than 20 years experience in floral design and has worked for some of New York's finest floral shops. Charlotte has studied and is credentialed in both the Ohara School of Ikebana and Professional Floral Design. She studied Ikebana under her Sensei, Mr. Mutsuo Tomita.
